Up inminutes
Your MagPlay® Magnetic Play Wall Decal goes up in three easy steps, with no tools and no mess. Here's how to stick it on a wall or a board, plus a few tips for a perfect finish.

No detergent, no humid rooms. Washed the wall? Wait 72 hours.
Give new paint at least 30 days to cure before sticking.
Three stepsto play
Grab a second pair of hands if you can. It makes lining up the arch easier.
1Prepare the spaceWipe the wall with a dry cloth to lift dust. Skip detergent, it stops the adhesive from gripping. If you've washed the wall, wait at least 72 hours before you stick.
2Peel and stickPeel the backing from one top corner and line the decal up at little-hand height. Then slowly peel the rest of the backing away as you smooth the decal onto the wall.
3Press it onSmooth from the centre outwards with your hand, a book or a card to push out air bubbles. The adhesive is pressure activated, so the more you press, the better it holds. Give the edges extra love.
Build yourboard
The MagPlay® 3 Step Board gives your magnetic wall decal a home of its own. Hang it, lean it or pop it on the stand.
1Build the archLay the board pieces flat on the floor or a table and slot them together to make the full arch. No tools needed.
2Add the support stripsOn the back, peel the adhesive off each wooden support strip and press firmly in place, leaving small gaps between them. Take your time here, it's what keeps the board strong.
3Add your decalFlip the board over, wipe the front with a dry cloth, and stick on your MagPlay® Magnetic Play Wall Decal using the same peel-and-smooth steps as a wall.
Warm edges stick best
In cooler weather the adhesive firms up, especially along the edges. Set a hair dryer to low, warm the edge for 1 to 2 minutes from a short distance, then press it firmly back down and smooth it out. Never use high heat.
Keep the backing
Keep your backing sheet and the box. When it's time to move, peel slowly from a top corner, stick the decal back on its backing, and store it flat until it goes up again.
Quickfixes
Do I need any tools?
No. The decal needs only your hands and a card or book to smooth it. The board slots together and its support strips are self-adhesive, so no screws or nails.
How do I hang the board on the wall?
We recommend 3M™ Heavy-Duty Frame Strips. Make sure the wall is clean and dry first. Or skip hanging altogether: lean it on a shelf, or add the stand.
There are air bubbles. What now?
Push them gently towards the nearest edge with your hand or a soft cloth. Small ones usually settle on their own as the adhesive beds in.
An edge is lifting.
Warm that edge with a hair dryer on low for 1 to 2 minutes, then press it firmly back down. You can also use one of the extra double-sided adhesive pieces in your box on the top and bottom corners.
Can I move my magnetic wall decal later?
Yes, with care. MagPlay® WallKind Technology is designed to be removable. Keep the backing sheet and packaging so you can store it safely between moves. Every wall is different, so we can't guarantee the same grip on a new wall.
It won't stick to my wall.
