We're parents who made the play wall we wanted for our own kids. A place to draw, spell, dream and keep family close. In 2023 the MagPlay® Magnetic Play Wall Decal became Australia's first magnetic wall decal. Today it's on playroom walls across four continents.
Faces fromfar away
Lais is a mum of two, raising her family in Sydney. Like so many Aussie families, hers stretches across the world, with grandparents, aunties and cousins living overseas.
She wanted her kids to know those faces, not just the voices on a video call. So she turned family photos into magnets and put them where the kids played every day. They pointed, named, hugged the pictures and told stories about the people they love.
The magnets worked. Finding a surface for them didn't. Fridges were too small, whiteboards looked like an office, and nothing was made for a child's room. So in 2023 she made one.

We camefirst
In 2023 there was no magnetic play wall made for Australian homes. MagPlay® was the first to bring the arch magnetic wall decal here, and we've been leading the way since. Plenty of others have followed. We're flattered, and we're still out in front.
