A magnetic wall decal is a thin, flexible magnetic surface that sticks straight onto a smooth wall. The MagPlay® Magnetic Play Wall Decal turns a blank wall into a magnetic play wall your kids can draw on, build on and play at, with no drilling, frames or heavy boards.

A magnetic play wall is a spot on the wall made for play. Kids stick up magnets, sort, spell, count, draw and tell stories standing up, instead of spreading everything across the floor.

The arch is 96 × 75 cm, big enough for two kids to play side by side. It sits at little-hand height, so they can reach it on their own.

A whiteboard is small, heavy, framed and made for writing. A magnetic wall decal is much bigger, lighter, needs no hardware and is shaped to look good in a kid's room, while still being something to draw on.

It takes a few minutes and no tools. Clean and dry the wall, peel back the top 5 cm of backing, stick the top, then slowly peel the rest down while you smooth from the centre out. Full steps are in our install guide.

Yes. MagPlay® WallKind Technology is repositionable. Peel slowly, keep the back clean and dust-free, and re-stick it on another smooth wall. It's best moved now and then rather than every week.

It's the backing on the MagPlay® Magnetic Play Wall Decal: a fabric-padded core with a flexible adhesive layer. It grips firmly enough for everyday play and is designed to let go gently, unlike cheap decals that use a strong glue that bonds to the paint.

On a well-cured, good-quality painted wall, a slow peel usually comes away cleanly. Warm the decal with a hair dryer on low first and peel low and slow. Poor-quality paint or undercoat can lift, so if you're unsure, use a board bundle.

Give fresh paint at least 30 days to cure before sticking anything to it. Paint keeps hardening long after it feels dry.

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Decals that have been applied can't be returned for change of mind. Full details are in our refund policy.
